3D4M Company

Private Label - Your Own 3D Printing Filament Brand

Sell filament under your own brand, extruded to order in Haarlem. From PLA and PETG up to PEEK, PEKK and Ultem.

Private label

Our filament, your label.

3D4M came out of a family business in raw plastics. Father and son Wille built their own filament extruder, and we have been extruding in Haarlem ever since. Private label means that same filament reaches your customers on your spool, with your brand and your logo on it.

We manufacture every spool on order rather than pulling it from a warehouse batch. Diameter stays within 0.05 mm on 1.75 mm filament and 0.10 mm on 2.85 mm, roundness is 95% or better, every spool is vacuum sealed straight off the extruder, and a Certificate of Analysis is available on request.

How it works

Made to order, in your packaging.

Because nothing sits in stock waiting for a label, a private label run behaves differently here than it does at a supplier shipping from a warehouse. Three things follow from that.

01 /
Start small
Every spool is made to order, so a private label run does not have to open with a full production batch. Low volumes are possible from the start.
02 /
Extruded in Haarlem
Your filament runs on our own extruder at our facility in Haarlem and is vacuum sealed at the source, before it ever leaves the building.
03 /
Your packaging
The spool label, the sleeve and the box can carry your own design, so the product reaches your customer as yours from the outside in.
Materials

The range goes further than most.

Our catalogue runs from PLA, PETG, ABS and ASA up to PEEK, PEKK, PEI Ultem, PPSU and PI. The upper end of that range is unusual in private label, because high temperature polymers ask for tight process control and dry handling all the way to the spool.

If your customers print prototypes, the commodity end covers it. If they print end-use engineering parts, the rest of the catalogue is the reason to talk to us rather than to a filament house that stops at PLA. Browse the full range in the filament catalogue.
