How to use

Magigoo HT: adhesion at the temperatures where nothing else holds.

High temperature thermoplastics such as PEEK, PEKK, Ultem and PPSU, and their carbon and glass reinforced versions, are printed hot and warp readily. That combination makes the first layer the hardest part of the job.

Magigoo HT was developed for exactly that case and has been designed and tested to work with a build plate temperature of 150 °C or lower. The part should come off relatively easily once it cools, and the residue wipes away with a damp cloth. It is designed for a glass surface but also works on sheets such as high temperature Garolite, Kapton and PEI.

Safety.
Using this product with filaments other than the high temperature types it was made for can cause over-adhesion and damage your build surface.

Tip.
For larger prints a 20 mm brim is recommended.

Which adhesive for which filament.

Every adhesive is matched to a group of materials, and using one on the wrong material is what causes trouble. This bottle covers the 14 filaments on the bold row. The rest of the range is listed so you can check your own material either way.
