Description

LUVOCOM® 3F PEI 50236 GY Filament is an ultra-performance polymer based on polyetherimide (PEI) with better chemical resistance than ULTEM 9085 because there is no PC inside. In addition to having inherent flame retardancy, it has outstanding chemical resistance properties combined with excellent thermal and dimensional stability. Our material is optimized for FFF 3D printing. It comes with UL94 V0 classification and we achieved the maximum level of FST requirement for the railway industry standards (EN45545-2 R1 HL3). Both classifications were achieved with 3D printed test parts made out of our LUVOCOM 3F PEI 50236 GY filament. The material is grey pigmented (RAL7012) to save a color lacquering step.

  • High temperature resistance
  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • High dimensionally stable precision parts
  • Outstanding fire resistance (UL V0 and EN 45545 -2 R1 HL3)

To get the best results while printing we advise you to keep the 3D printer in a room where there is hardly any draft and/or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not being used it is important to keep filament in a bag and stored in a cool, dry and dark place until it is used again.
